All information collected through forms at museudocalcado@cm-sjm.pt is stored in a database with access restricted to the institution. The information collected is used only for internal services and will never be shared with third parties. Please note that our website encrypts customer passwords to prevent them from being compromised. The data may only be used publicly by the Shoe Museum in defense of its good name.

Any password or username provided by the customer is their sole responsibility.

The customer must ensure that only authorized individuals access their accounts. The customer will be responsible for any problems associated with the misuse of their hosting accounts. For statistical purposes, for each visit to museudocalcado@cm-sjm.pt, information is collected about the browser used, screen resolution, IP address, hostname, and pages visited at museudocalcado@cm-sjm.pt. This information is stored in files with access reserved for the Footwear Museum, and the data will never be shared with third parties.
